Associate Professor Dr. Asiye Uzun, MD who has over 27 years of experience in the field of women's health, aims to be by every woman's side throughout their life journey, supporting them in moving forward with health and happiness. Associate Professor Dr. Uzun, MD began her medical education in 1998 at Istanbul University Istanbul Faculty of Medicine, completed her specialty training in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2002 and started her professional career in 2003 at the Süleymaniye Women and Children's Health Center.
Between 2004 and 2022, she worked at Private Nisa Hospital, impacting the lives of thousands of patients and gaining extensive experience in women's health, pregnancy care, and childbirth during this period. Since 2021, she has been serving as an Obstetrics and Gynecology Specialist at Istanbul Medipol University. Assoc. Prof. Uzun’s primary goal is to provide a healthcare experience in which every woman feels safe, understood, and valued. In her mission to protect and promote women's health, she combines scientific knowledge with a human touch, offering solutions tailored to the needs of each patient.
Assoc. Prof. Uzun, MD is fully equipped to manage the diagnosis and treatment process in all gynecological cases and holds numerous advanced certifications in various areas of women's health. Assoc. Prof. Uzun, MD who also plays an active role in the academic field, works as a lecturer at Istanbul Medipol University; she provides training, seminars and clinical practice courses to resident physicians and medical faculty students. With a strong emphasis on medical education, she aims to share her knowledge and experience with the new generation of doctors and contribute to training well-equipped specialists in women's health. Her goal is to contribute to every woman living a healthy, balanced, and happy life ; and to move forward on this path with trust, knowledge, and empathy.
