Assoc. Prof. Dr. HİLAL YILANCI

Assoc. Prof. Hilal Yılancı, MD completed her undergraduate studies at the Istanbul University Faculty of Dentistry in 2010. She successfully completed her specialization and doctoral training in 2015 at the Department of Orthodontics, Institute of Health Sciences, Bezm-i Alem Vakıf University, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Serdar Üşümez, with a thesis titled "A comparative study of the mechanical effects of traditional surface roughening methods and the digitally controlled Er:YAG laser on enamel tissue. Yılancı, who began her academic career in 2018 as an Assistant Professor at the Istanbul Medipol University Faculty of Dentistry, continues her academic and clinical activities at the same institution with the title of Associate Professor. In clinical practice, she focuses particularly on digital orthodontics, clear aligners, and orthognathic surgery. She has numerous scientific articles published in national and international peer-reviewed journals.
