Asst. Prof. Dr. KEZBAN TEKGÜL

Asst. Prof. Kezban TEKGÜL ÖZEL, MD was born in Ankara in 1983. She completed her primary, secondary and high school education in Ankara, graduating first in her high school class. Between 2002 and 2007, she studied at the Department of Biology Teaching of Gazi University Gazi Faculty of Education and worked as a teaching assistant in biology at the same department for two years. In 2009, she retook the university entrance examination and was admitted to Ankara Başkent University Faculty of Dentistry, graduating first in the faculty in 2014. Having ranked highly in the Dental Specialty Examination (DUS) in 2016, she began working at the Department of Orthodontics of Dicle University Faculty of Dentistry and received the title of Orthodontics Specialist in 2020. Since 2021, she has continued to work as an orthodontics specialist at the Orthodontics Department of Medipol Mega Dental Hospital, while also contributing to undergraduate and postgraduate education as a member of the academic staff. Dr. Kezban Tekgül Özel is a member of the Turkish Dental Association, the Turkish Orthodontic Society and the Turkish Aligner Society, and has a good command of English.
