Asst. Prof. Dr. KEZBAN TEKGÜL

Asst. Prof. Kezban TEKGÜL ÖZEL, DMD was born in Ankara in 1983. She completed her primary, secondary, and high school education in Ankara; graduating from high school with top honors. Between 2002 and 2007, she studied at Gazi University, Gazi Faculty of Education, Department of Biology Teaching, and worked as an assistant biology teacher in the same department for two years. In 2009, she retook the university entrance exam and was accepted to Ankara Başkent University Faculty of Dentistry, and graduated from the faculty with top honors in 2014. She achieved a high rank in the Dental Specialization Examination (DUS) in 2016 and started working at the Department of Orthodontics, Faculty of Dentistry, Dicle University, and received the title of Orthodontist in 2020. Since 2021, she has been working as an orthodontist in the Orthodontics Department of Medipol Mega Dental Hospital, while also contributing to undergraduate and postgraduate education as part of the academic staff. Kezban Tekgül Özel, MD is a member of the Turkish Dental Association, the Turkish Orthodontics Association, and the Turkish Aligners Association, and she speaks English fluently.
