Asst. Prof. Dr. NEVİN SAKOGLU

Asst. Prof. Nevin Sakoğlu MD was born in Istanbul on 27.01.1973. She completed her medical education in Marmara University Faculty of Medicine in 1995, completed her General Surgery specialization in İstanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 2004 and earned the title of General Surgery Specialist. Her specialization thesis was on “Ultra Low Anterior Resection and Colonic Pouch Applications in Surgical Treatment of Distal Rectum Cancers (Prospective Clinical Study)”.

 After specialization, she worked in Texas University MDAnderson Cancer Center as an observer for breast oncoplastic surgery. Then, worked in Okmeydanı Memorial Hospital in 2005. She worked in Bahçelievler Meltem Hospital between 2006-2007. After working in Bahçelievler Medicalpark Hospital between 2008-2011, she started working in Private Nisa Hospital in 2011. She was appointed as Assistant Professor in Istanbul Medipol University Faculty of Medicine Department of General Surgery in 2018 and she has been working in Medipol Bahçelievler University Hospital since 2022.
