Dietitian Nazlı Aydın graduated from İstanbul Medipol University, Department of Health Management, in 2015. She earned her Dietitian degree in 2020 after completing the Nutrition and Dietetics Program at İstanbul Bilim University. By combining her background in health management with nutrition science, she provides services in hospital settings that are fully compatible with multidisciplinary team work.
Adopting a patient-centered and evidence-based approach in clinical nutrition, Dietitian Aydın prioritizes creating personalized nutrition solutions that make dietary therapy practical, sustainable, and adaptable to daily life.
Since 2021, she has been working as a dietitian at Koşuyolu Medipol Hospital, focusing her clinical practice on chronic diseases, metabolic issues, and lifestyle-based nutritional approaches.
Following additional training in Phytotherapy and Functional Medicine Dietetics, she evaluates her clients’ nutritional needs not only based on short-term goals but also within the context of their overall health. She designs nutrition plans tailored to medical history, laboratory findings, and individual requirements.
As of September 2025, she has been contributing to the nutrition management of patients followed at the Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorders Center (PARMER) at Medipol Acıbadem Regional Hospital, supporting treatment through complementary nutritional strategies.
