Surg. Eyüp Sevim, MD graduated from Istanbul University Istanbul (Çapa) Faculty of Medicine and completed his specialization in General Surgery at Istanbul Okmeydanı Training and Research Hospital.

Throughout his career, he has served at numerous institutions, including Prof. Dr. Cemil Taşçıoğlu City Hospital, Bezmialem Valide Sultan Vakıf Gureba Training and Research Hospital, SBÜ Bağcılar Training and Research Hospital, the Florence Nightingale Hospital Group, Acıbadem Healthcare Group, and Medipol Healthcare Group hospitals.

He is a member of the Turkish Surgical Association and the Turkish Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Surgery Association. He authored the chapter ""ERCP in Benign Biliary Strictures"" in the book *Surgical ERCP Practices* (ISBN: 978-605-258-844-4).
