Surg. NECLA ÜLKER MD was born in Yenipazar - Bulgaria in 1973.
She started her medical education in Istanbul University Istanbul Faculty of Medicine in 1991. She graduated from Istanbul Faculty of Medicine in 1997 and started working as assistant physician in Bakırköy Maternity, Gynecology and Child Diseases Training and Research Hospital at the same year.
She completed her assistant training in 2002 and earned the position of Gynecology and Obstetrics Specialist and worked as specialist physician in the same institution for 1 year.
She worked in Private Meltem Hospital between 2005-2014 and worked in Private Nisa Hospital after 2014. She has been working in Medipol Bahçelievler Hospital since 2022.
