Highlights
Prof. Dr. Aylin Rezvani was born in Tehran, Iran in 1963. She completed her medical education at Istanbul University, Istanbul Faculty of Medicine in 1990. She completed her specialization training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 1995. Her medical specialization thesis was "Diagnostic value of clinical signs and symptoms in facet syndrome," and her thesis advisor was Prof. Dr. Ülkü Akarırmak.
After working in private rehabilitation centers such as OrNöRam and REMER, Dr. Rezvani was appointed to Düzce SSK Hospital in 2001 through open appointment, and in 2003 she was appointed to Istanbul Valide Sultan Vakıf Gureba Training and Research Hospital, which became today's Istanbul Bezmialem University. In 2018, she moved to the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department of Istanbul Medipol University and became a Professor, and she currently serves as the Head of Department and faculty member there.
Prof. Dr. Aylin Rezvani is also the head of the Istanbul-Thrace Branch of the Turkish Rheumatism Research and Combat Association. She continues to serve as the president. She aims to provide high-quality healthcare services by reflecting her academic knowledge and clinical experience in patient care, using current and scientifically based treatment approaches.
