Prof. Dr. MUSTAFA GÜNDOĞAR

After graduating from Marmara University Faculty of Dentistry in 2005, Mustafa Gündoğar completed his doctorate in Restorative Dentistry and Endodontics at the Marmara University Institute of Health Sciences. From 2012 onwards, he moved to Medipol University Faculty of Dentistry and began working at the Department of Endodontics. He received the title of Associate Professor in 2020 and Professor in 2025, and continues his work as a faculty member at the Department of Endodontics of the same faculty. He also conducts dental research at REMER, one of Europe's most important research centers.

 His areas of interest are the working principles of nickel-titanium rotary instruments, root canal irrigation, regeneration and artificial intelligence in dentistry. He took part in the development of Türkiye's first registered root canal file with reciprocating motion. He has many publications in national and international indexes and serves as a reviewer for national and international peer-reviewed journals. He is an active member of the Turkish Dental Association (TDB), the Turkish Endodontic Society (TED), the American Association of Endodontists (AAE) and the European Society of Endodontology (ESE).

 He has participated as a speaker in many international and national congresses and actively provides endodontic training in Türkiye and abroad. Born in 1981 in the Akşehir district of Konya, Mustafa Gündoğar is married and the father of a daughter.
