Spec. Onur Yılmaz MD is married and a father of 2 children. He completed his medical education at the Faculty of Medicine of Cumhuriyet University between 2007 and 2013 and his residency training in the Department of Psychiatry at the Faculty of Medicine of Yüzüncü Yıl University between 2015 and 2019. He worked as a specialist in psychiatry at Bolu İzzet Baysal Mental Health and Diseases Hospital between 2020 and 2022, Assistant Professor at NP İstanbul Brain Hospital and Üsküdar University Faculty of Medicine between 2022 and 2023, , a specialist in psychiatry at İstanbul Başakşehir Çam and Sakura City Hospital between 2023 and 2025 and at Medipol University Esenler Hospital between 2025 and 2026. He has been continuing his professional practice at Medipol University Sefaköy Hospital since July 2026.
