Spec. Dr. (Specialist Dr.) ÖZGÜN KÖKSAL

Spec. Özgün Köksal MD graduated from Mersin University Faculty of Medicine as a medical doctor in 2015. The doctor completed the residency training in the Department of Neurology at Ege University in 2019. The doctor began the mandatory service at Sivas State Hospital in 2019 and completed it in 2022. 

Specialist Doctor Özgün Köksal, whose area of ​​expertise is Parkinson's disease and other movement disorders, . received training in EEG and EMG, botulinum toxin applications, Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), as well as in neuro-otology and neuro-ophthalmology.

 Since November 2022, the doctor has been formulating treatment plans for patients at the Istanbul Medipol University Parkinson's Disease and Movement Disorders Center (PARMER) and providing each patient with the most suitable personalized medical follow-up and treatment support.
